Camping Pods Arrival Days

• Any night arrival.
• Low season is 1 night minimum stay
• Minimum 2 nights required at weekends all year round.
• High season 1 night mid-week or 2 nights minimum at weekends.
• 3 nights minimum stay may apply at some parks on Bank Holidays & Event Weekends.

Camping and Touring – Check in 2pm. Check out 12pm.
Camping Pods - Check in 4pm. Check out 10am.
Hire Lodges/Statics Caravans– Check in 4pm. Check out 10am.

• Holiday Hire - £60 deposit payable at time of booking.
• Touring & Camping - 1 night deposit payable at time of booking.
• Last Minute Bookings - For bookings made 60 days prior to arrival or less, full balance is payable at time of booking.
• Deposits are payable on the date of booking to secure your stay with us, we cannot hold bookings without payment.
• Payment in full must be made 60 days prior to arrival.
• We accept all credit / debit cards excluding American Express. Please make cheques payable to Pure Leisure Group.
• There is no charge for debit cards.
• PLEASE NOTE - We will not accept payment by cash on arrival.
• Balance payable less your deposit 60 days prior to arrival date.
• For bookings made 60 days prior to arrival or less, full balance is payable at time of booking. A payment reminder will not be sent.
• Failure to pay may mean your holiday will be cancelled and your deposit lost.

For group bookings, or bookings for more than one pitch or accommodation, please call our reservations team. We will where we can try and allocate pitches close together subject to availability.

All bedding, electricity and gas is included in the price of your stay. Extra bedding and pillows are also always available within the holiday home. Please note that while all bed linen is provided, bathing towels and tea towels are not. All our hire accommodation have televisions in the lounge area. You will need to bring your own bath towels, tea towels, washing up items, toilet roll, consumables, toiletries and food etc...

Should you have younger children within your party; cots, highchairs and safety stair gates are available for hire for a small extra charge. £7 per item for a short break and £14 per item for a week. Please book at the time of booking your stay.

Our staff endeavor to ensure every customer need is catered for during your stay with us. If you have any special requirements or requests please do not hesitate to discuss with our Reservations team. Wherever possible, we will try to meet your needs to ensure your stay with us is an experience you will want to repeat.

Because we know how attached some of our guests are to their pets, we welcome well-behaved dogs at all our parks in a small number of selected caravans, lodges and pods. All camping and touring guests are permitted to bringing pets. Max. 2 dogs per booking where permissible. Charges apply. Make sure you tell our friendly bookings team that you require a pet friendly unit or select your requirement when booking online. Pets are charged at £45 per week/£35 short break in our hire accommodation and £4.00 per night as a touring/camping or pod guest.

Access to our leisure facilities at Fell End, South Lakeland Leisure Village, Billing Aquadrome and Tydd St Giles Golf & Country Club are chargeable. Don't forget to order your leisure passes at the time of booking to get our advanced discount rates. Passes purchased on/after arrival will be higher.

Occasionally we offer discounts on holiday bookings, individual terms and conditions will apply to each of these offers, please refer to our offers page for further details on specific offers. We will price match any third party selling holiday at our parks.

Pure Leisure Group prides itself on the charity work that it does. Currently we are proud to support the Beechwood Cancer Foundation. All we ask is those making a booking with Pure Leisure Group to donate £1 in addition to the booking with all the money going towards this great charity. We also hold an annual charity ball and last year raised a massive £46,600 towards our chosen charity. So please help us keep up our good work and donate towards this very important charity.

When making a reservation you will be offered the option to purchase Cancellation Cover. The scheme will absolve you as the person making the booking if you have to cancel due to Redundancy or Jury Service. The scheme also covers for Sickness, Accident, Death & Bereavement.
